BSA Food Study Group Conference: Presenter Guidelines

Oral Papers

The Programme Organisers have streamed Oral Papers after consideration of all accepted abstracts. All oral presentations will be 30-minute papers so you should plan to speak for 20–25 minutes and allow 5–10 minutes for comments and question. PC and data projector facilities will be available in each room used for oral papers, but you are required to email your presentation/slides by 29 June 2010 to Liz Jackson. This is particularly important if you are using video/audio output in your presentation, or have used a Mac to prepare your presentation. We cannot guarantee to solve any audio-visual issues if your presentation is not emailed in advance of the conference.

Poster Presentations

The Poster Session has been timetabled to take place between 18:05 and 20:00 on Monday, 5th July 2010 in Meeting Room 1. Poster presenters are expected to stand by their posters for the duration of the Poster Session but posters are to be displayed for the duration of the conference. Please try to arrive to put up your poster before 10am on Monday, 5 July (and take it down after 16:30 on Tuesday, 6 July). Review the Guidelines for poster presentations.

IMPORTANT DATES

Friday, 28 May 2010:  Registration deadline for presenters.
