Time, Space and Family Practices: a dialogic conference

Plenary Speaker will be:

The conference is intended to ensure an equal balance between the presentation of papers and small group discussions of key issues. The discussions will be chaired with report back to the final plenary session.
Starting a ‘Family’
Friday 9th July
A one day conference to be held at Middlesex University, London.
Speakers include Professor Julia Brannen, Institute of Education, London, Becoming and being a father: transmission and change in four generation families, Dr Liz McDonnell, RMIT, Melbourne, The Romantic Other n Fertility Stories, and Professor Colin Francome, University of Middlesex, Contrasting Social Policies on Abortion in the UK and the USA. There will also be workshops facilitated by Professor Harry Gouldbourne and Dr Tina Miller.
