Is the University of Manchester an accessible venue?

University Place offers step-free access to all main conference rooms, including Lecture Theatres A and B and most seminar rooms. Lifts are available in both Block 1 and Block 2, with features including Braille/tactile buttons, reversing mirrors and hearing assistance alarms.

Accessible and gender-neutral toilets are available throughout the building and assistance dogs are welcome.

There will also be a Quiet Room, Prayer Room and a Mothering Room. Further details will be shared with you as we approach the conference.
