How to Join the BSA
Joining the BSA is quick and easy. Simply complete the online joining form and your membership will begin immediately.
The annual membership period runs from January to December each year. Applications received before 1 October will be processed for the current calendar year. Applications received after 1 October will be processed for the following calendar year. New joiners applying for membership after 1 October receive the remainder of the current year FREE, including the Winter edition of the Members' Magazine, Network.
There are currently three ways in which to apply. These are (in order of preference):
Option 1: JOIN ONLINE - payment by credit or debit card only. Please note: this method gives you immediate access to online membership benefits, including registering at member rates for our events and conferences.
Option 3: Ring the BSA Office on 0191 383 0839 during office hours (9.00am-5.00pm). Remember to have your credit/debit card details handy, or alternatively you may request an invoice. Invoices are particularly useful if you prefer to have your place of work/institution pay your subscription.
